Hello, my name is Tracie Ruffolo. I was born and raised in Easton, PA where most of my family still resides. After leaving PA when I was 20, I spent the next 22 years working for United Airlines up and down the East Coast in numerous capacities: Secretary to Chief Pilot, Executive Secretary to Regional Vice President, Customer Service Representative, Ramp Serviceman and Air Freight Agent. Quite an interesting time frame in my life I’m very grateful for.
